You want to buy or rent a commercial or industrial property?

Ask NPA to perform a Security Check before signing the contract!

What does this Security Check include?

During a 1-day visit

  • Expected crime risks for this location will be inventoried and mapped;
  • Additionally, the physical security of the premises will be monitored and evaluated, such as existing locks and hinges, the condition of the fence, gates, windows, doors etc.;
  • The same applies to the existing technical security measures such as electronic access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance;
  • Finally, the (average) response and intervention times of police and security services will be considered.

Why should this be checked?

Prevention is always better than cure!

Security is an important part of business and often forgotten in the phase preceding the decision to rent or buy a particular property.

Our findings from the Security Check can be part of the contract negotiations and worst-case scenario affect your decision whether or not to rent or buy.

What costs a 'Pre-rental Security Check'

The Pre-rental Security Check is charged a flat rate of 750 euro (excl. 21% VAT).

This includes: on-site inspections and reporting.
