Security Scan at 0,03 €/sqm

What does it mean?

A professional and objective evaluation of your organizational, physical and electronic security measures. In short, the evaluation of all preventive measures taken to protect your buildings, your assets and your employees from crime-related risks.

For whom?

The security scan is suitable for all businesses and organizations, large or small, and all objects such as (not exhaustive): office buildings, industrial and semi-industrial buildings, food production facilities, logistics buildings, distribution centres, commercial buildings, government buildings....

The security scan is at the same rate and under the same conditions also applicable for companies seeking AEO-Security certification.


The security scan can be apllied to all foreign companies (located in or outside the European Union) that would like to have an independent screening of the security of their facilities in W-Europe.


How does it work?
  • In preparation of the security scan, we ask you to fill in an online questionnaire. Completing this questionnaire takes a few minutes and gives us already a first impression of your security concept.
  • Then we proceed with the on-site security scan on the basis of documentary reviews, physical tours of the facility and interviews with key people within your company.
  • During a debriefing, your will receive a concise and to-the-point report with our audit findings together with practical recommendations.

How much does it cost?

  • The price of the on-site security scan is € 0.03 (3 cents) per square meter of total built surface (all floors).
  • For the processing of the online questionnaire, the preparation, the reporting and the debriefing we charge a fixed price of € 1600.
  • Car mileage is charged at € 0.40 per kilometer from/to Boom (travel time included).
For assignments abroad additional costs of travel (rail, air...), accommodation and per diem may be charged (when applicable and always in consultation with the customer).

All quoted prices are exclusive 21% VAT.

Calculation example:
A logistics company located in Kortrijk has an office building consisting of 4 floors of each 1000 sqm and a warehouse of 18000 sqm. The total built surface is thus 22000 m² (4000 m² of offices + 18000 sqm warehouse). The distance Boom-Kortrijk-Boom is 228 km. There are two visits required for this contract.
The total price for this contract: € 660 (on-site security scan) + € 1600 (lump sum) + € 182.40 (travel) = € 2442.40 (excl. VAT).
